Abby helped me with this one – there was some debate on what color “Electric Blue” really was – I’ve seen some more teal, and some darker.  She sent me a picture of a dress that was the color of this one, labeled “Electric Blue” I knew I had just the dress for it.  This dress is one that I picked up during the Last Call, Last Chance sale.  I think I bought most of the store.  I was still new to SL at that point, and never had the chance to know Ginny, I’m sad for that as from what I hear, she was a wonderful person who is missed by many.
