As I’m sure you’ve seen on the feeds and plurk, and just about ay other place you can imagine.. Today is Truth Hawks birthday. I still remember the first time I ventured into Truth, at the recommendation of a friend (*waves* Hi Sarabi, I doubt you read this) back in September of 2008. The thing that really got me was his customer service. Back that September, the second hair I’d decided to buy from Truth had 2 bang options, well, the color pack that I’d purchased only had one of the options, and sadly, not the one I’d been hoping for. I contacted him, and he got back with me almost immediately. He apologized profusely for the problem, and sent me a fatpack of the hair. Fatpack. All the hairs. I knew then that I would be a customer for as long as he had something to sell.
